Shipping & Delivery Policy


At ESSA COUTURE, we carefully prepare and ship every order.

Shipping Time

  • Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders.
  • Couture Collection: Orders are generally delivered within 45 business days.
  • Ready-to-Wear Collection: Orders are generally delivered within 10–25 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required.

Address Changes

Please contact a.essahautecouture@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping information. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
