US Orders

Returns and refunds are accepted for US orders only under the following conditions:

1. Condition of the Dress: The dress must be unworn and returned in its original condition, including all tags, hangers, garment bags, and the original box in which it was received.
2. Customization: The dress must not have been customized, altered, or modified at the customer’s request. It must match the original sample provided.
3. Return Claim Period: Customers must request a return within 5 days of receiving the dress. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email a.essahautecouture@gmail.com within the applicable return period.

Return Charges

For approved US returns, the following charges will be deducted from the refund amount:

• $250 shipping fee, covering both the original and return shipping costs.
• 4.25% payment gateway and processing fee.

Refund Timeline

Once the refund has been initiated, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be credited to the original card used for the purchase.

Rest of the World

All sales of Ahmed Essa products outside the United States are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for international orders.

Our products are made to order and pre-ordered specifically for each customer. Therefore, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
